ABOUT US
Welcome to ADVANTAGE RAMPS, the wheelchair ramp division of Accessible Living, LLC.
We specialize in providing NEW and USED wheelchair ramps for your long and short-term, residential or commercial, mobility needs. Our customers receive affordable and flexible customized solutions to any of their wheelchair ramp requirements. In addition to the option to purchase a ramp, we offer an excellent wheelchair ramp rental program. This option allows you an affordable solution to have a wheelchair ramp for only as long as you need it by paying a low monthly wheelchair ramp rental fee. Once the ramp is no longer needed, simply call us and we quickly respond to remove the ramp.

We understand that every situation is different, so we offer a variety of home accessibility and commercial products to create the best solution for you. Our experts want to make it as easy as possible for you to access all parts of your home, yard or place of business so their customized solution may include portable ramps, rubber threshold ramps or adjustable aluminum threshold ramps. Sometimes a ramp may not be the best solution for your mobility needs due to height barriers or lack of sufficient space. In these cases a custom carpentry modification to your home may be necessary in order for a wheelchair ramp to work, or a wheelchair lift may provide the best option.
QUALITY
At Advantage Ramps, we are committed to using the best quality home accessibility products, which is why we only use aluminum ramps. Ramps made of steel or wood tend to be inferior for a variety of reasons. Steel ramps rust and have to be painted. Their rail system is made of very narrow piping and sharp posts with exposed bolts. Steel ramps are also quite heavy, which limits their width to 2.5 feet compared to aluminum at 3 full feet.
Aluminum
Aluminum ramps are maintenance free and are aesthetically pleasing. We offer a buy-back program for aluminum ramps when it is no longer needed.
Steel
Steel rusts which is unattractive.
Steel requires regular maintenance, including painting
The width of these ramps is sometimes limited to 2.5 feet

Wood
Wood ramps require footings
Wood ramps are permanent structures
Wood ramps require permanent footings, take longer to build and are more expensive. They are also permanent structures to the house or building and they require regular maintenance
